1) SIOC does not have any VAAI dependency at all.

2) EMC's recommendation for use of SDRS in FAST environments is:

1. Enable FAST
2. Enable SDRS
3. Put all devices that are FAST controlled (with the same policy) in the same SDRS group.
4. Enable automatic initial placement of VMs
5. *disable* automatic movement of VMs based on performance
