Here is an interesting thing.
If i hook up a windows host directly to it, and connect to it over 1gb iscsi using the MS iscsi initiator.......it seems to transfer at about 180 or so MB/Sec. This is much more normal.
SO the problem must in the 10gbe or vmware at this point (or the switching)
