I'm using the following network card: broadcom netxtreme ii bcm5709 1000Base-T, which is connecting to a netgear readynas 4200 24TB storage unit.

This is in a test lab, i've attached some pictures, i've just noticed it's now creating the files on the data stores for the vm's but it's just so slow!

its currently taking 5 minutes to delete a 1.4kb file?
