Hi.
Thank you for your help.
Well we found a pretty easy way to do this, we made a .bat file on the host with:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmrun.exe" revertToSnapshot "D:\Image\SuperOffice 7.1 Image Norsk\SuperOffice 7.1 Image Norsk.vmx" "Snapshot 1"
timeout 10
"C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Workstation\vmrun.exe" start "D:\Image\SuperOffice 7.1 Image Norsk\SuperOffice 7.1 Image Norsk.vmx"
So this works from the host, the only problem now is how do you execute a .bat from from the image on the host. I have tried to use powershell and other tools but cant seem to get it to work.
The .bat needs to run on the host but i would like to trigger it from the image if that makes sense.

I guess this post now should be in another forum but i hope someone knows this ![]()
